How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to deciccoartstudio@gmail.com, indicating your name and surname, the order number, and your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods with collection commissioned by deciccoartstudio.com, please provide the collection address in the email. Please note that the €10 service fee will be deducted from the refund you receive for the return. If you paid for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery, please provide the IBAN of the account to which you wish to receive the refund.

After receiving confirmation from Customer Care and including the purchase receipt or details (order ID, name and surname, etc.) in the package to trace the order, the Customer must return the products to the Company at his/her own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and boxes), without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

The Company will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during return shipment.
The Company will refund the Customer the full amount already paid within 30 (thirty) days of the withdrawal, by reversing the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Company may withhold the refund until the returned product is received, or until the Customer demonstrates that the product has been properly returned intact.
If the package is returned after the 14th working day, counted from the original delivery date of the goods, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Company will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
